1Policy Details

All credit purchases and subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of credits or subscription
Refunds will not be issued for account cancellations or service discontinuation
Assistance AI will not be liable for any refunds under any circumstances

2Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

3Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
